Candidates may change a scheduled test date and/or test time to another date/test time within the same testing interval. Candidates do not need to contact ONCC to change the date or time of a test appointment as long as the change is made within the same testing interval.

If you need to change your test appointment to another day/time within the same testing interval, you must do so by calling the Pearson VUE Call Center at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Follow the instructions on your Authorization to Test (ATT). Appointments cannot be changed or canceled by contacting the test center directly.
