If you have a complaint or wish to make comments about test center facilities and/or supervision, test content, or any other matter related to the certification program, please write to ONCC at 125 Enterprise Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15275-1214. Please give your name and address in all correspondence. If your questions or comments concern a test you have already taken, you should include the date you took the test, the location of the test center, and your social security number. ONCC will investigate each complaint and reply to your comments.
