Get Certified: OCN® Certification

The OCN® examination is aimed at testing the knowledge necessary for the nurse to practice competently at the basic level, within the specialty of adult oncology nursing. This certification is a validation of an individual's knowledge in cancer nursing. Candidates who pass the OCN® Test may use the certification mark "OCN®" to verify that they have met all eligibility and testing requirements. The certification mark may be used only as long as certification is valid, after which time certification may be renewed. OCN® Certification is a non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the certification designation "OCN®" subject to compliance with ONCC rules, as may be revised from time to time.
