Candidates who are applying for renewal of certification by
the Oncology Nursing Certification Points Renewal Option (ONC-PRO),
must also submit completed ONC-PRO Logs with the application.

Note: Complete applications, including all required documentation, must be received by the first application deadline to qualify for the discounted application fee. Incomplete applications, including those without required documentation, will be subject to a $75 late fee. All documentation and applications must be submitted by the final application deadline dates.
