The Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC®) has named Jane Jachowicz, BSN, RN, CN-BN, CBCN®, as the 2026 Certified Breast Care Nurse of the Year. Jachowicz is a Breast Cancer Nurse Navigator at the University of Colorado, UCHealth Anshutz Campus, in Aurora, Colorado.

The Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC®) has named Karen Donato, BSN, RN, OCN®, as the 2026 Oncology Certified Nurse of the Year. Donato is a recently retired Assistant Nurse Manager at the University Hospitals of Cleveland Seidman Cancer Center in Cleveland, Ohio.

This program has been developed to validate the specialized knowledge of adult or pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) in oncology with advanced nursing degrees.

The Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC) has announced its Blood and Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse (BMTCN®) program will be renamed the Transplantation and Cellular Therapy Certified Nurse (TCTCN™) program beginning in 2026.
